With our precision-manufactured pins and workpiece carrier systems for every product shape, we offer you the highest degree of flexibility to control your products in your process chains. Ideally, you should use our workpiece carrier systems throughout your process chains. The smartPINS system can be used in almost all manufacturing processes or integrated into existing manufacturing processes through customised adaptations. With over 35 years of experience in the development of a wide range of workpiece carriers in the fields of automation, technical parts cleaning, storage, logistics and transport, we offer you maximum support for your requirements.

ALWA has more than 35 years of experience in the development and manufacture of workpiece carriers in the fields of automation, technical parts cleaning, storage, logistics and transport.

Our extensive programme of standard workpiece carrier systems and pins offers high-quality and economical solutions for countless applications. We also develop and manufacture product carrier systems for your individual requirements.

The smartPINS system can be used in almost all manufacturing processes or integrated into existing manufacturing processes through customised adaptations.

We also support you with advice, design and realisation to further automate your manufacturing processes by using our solutions.

Accurate Picking and Placing

Precise part positioning and orientation enable consistent, stable automated processes. Our systems are engineered to interface directly with robotic handling systems, ensuring repeatable and defined part orientation. Regardless of the natural part geometry, our specialized mounts secure each component in an optimized and repeatable position. This eliminates the need for manual alignment or rework and ensures a continuous, uninterrupted flow throughout automated production and machining processes.

Damage-free Storage and Transport

Tailored fixutring guarantees surface protection for components, even with complex geometries. Workpiece carriers offer protection during all each stage that happens at a factory, warehouse, or distribution center to move and manage parts.
