ALWA smartPINS workpiece carriers allow component-orientated positioning that guanatee accuracy for automated processes and quality assurance. With a modular design and a tolerance of only 0.1 mm, each carrier can be developed to be compatible with end-of-arm tooling and quality management systems.

Our geometries are designed for compatibility with various feeding systems, including rubber belt conveyors, paternosters, and roller conveyors. They can also be palletized and stacked, incorporating poka-yoke features to ensure correct positioning and handling.
