Our smartPINS are robust and resilient, designed to withstand common industrial cleaning methods. They can endure temperatures of up to 180°C (365°F), such as those found in vacuum dryers and similar high-temperature processes. The materials we use are suitable for contact with highly alkaline and acidic substances, oil-based coolants, water-based and solvent-based solutions, as well as detergents. We carefully select materials that offer excellent heat resistance and chemical stability.

Whether used in standalone units or automated, multi-stage systems, our carriers are compatible with all major industrial cleaning methods, including ultrasonic, immersion, rotary, and spray washing systems. They can be designed to integrate directly into existing cleaning baskets or replace them entirely, particularly in rotating cleaning systems. Our carriers can also function as standalone solutions, featuring specialized lids and protective assemblies that securely hold components in place without scratching even when inverted. Our smart carrier systems ensure seamless interaction between automation and cleaning processes, regardless of the cleaning method used.
